I haven't been crafting much lately as there is a lot going on at the moment. I survived the residential with the Year 6 children but is was very hard work. Anyone who goes away with groups of children will know what I mean. Our group leader was only a young lad but he was brilliant and I wanted to make him a card. All the adults who went signed the card and the children all wrote letters. We found out that he liked sailing hence the picture which is actually recycled from an old card. The paper with the little sailing boats on is from a Forever Friends set. All the other paper came from my stash and I used Distress ink to ink the edges. Finally I found my Baker's twine that I wrapped round all held in place with the red super sticky tape. The button which looks liked weathered wood I found in and old box of buttons and is held on with Pinflair glue. I like making simple cards for men.
Thank you for looking. Happy Crafting.
