I hope you had a good weekend and are ready for the week ahead. I am still coughing so I think I will have to give in and go to the doctors. At least it is the Half Term holiday and I can get some rest.
I have mentioned the wedding invitations I will be making a few times and I thought the time has come to show you what I have been working on.
These are the samples I took to show the happy couple. This was after initial discussions on their wants. The wedding is having a naval theme as it will take place at Explosion: the museum of naval firepower in Gosport
This is the design that was chosen but there will be some changes the background was made with a Gelli plate. I need to make another sample to incorporate the changes we discussed.
Well tomorrow is my first Blog Anniversary. I can't believe I have been blogging for a whole year. I want to thank all of my followers and all those that leave comments for making this journey such a pleasure.
I hope you have a great week.
Happy Crafting.
Hugs Jackie

What a brilliant theme, and love the invitation they've chosen - something different. Hope the cough disappears asap!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous Jackie, love the design they picked for save the date.I had to do some 'nautical' themed invitations once, but they wanted something very simple, just a 'tying the knot' with a wreath knot theme. The hardest ones I did were for an Indian couple and then some for a friend who got married in Cuba! After that I said never again because I get so frustrated when I have to do repeat designs! hugs and hope you are all better now, Carole Z XX
