Father's Day Card Number 2

Hi My Crafty Blogs Friends

I hope your week is going well. It is so nice to have a short week before getting to the weekend again.

I have made another Father's Day, card I need to make three. I haven't yet been asked to make a card for our daughter's, fiancé's father but I think that might come in the future. The one I am sharing today has been made for my father he likes watching the birds in his garden.

I chose the colours for the mats and layers from the colours on on the Goldfinch.

This image came from a magazine some time ago. I am glad I found it as I was struggling as to what to put on my dad's card. I cut the image and its mats with my Double Pierced Rectangles by Sue Wilson.

I love this die it is a Signature die from Joanna Sheen. I cut it twice once in black and once in red I used the black to create a shadow effect. This helped the sentiment to stand out from the background,

I hope my dad likes this card he never says much. Enjoy the rest of the week.

Happy Crafting

Hugs Jackie
