How is your weekend going? We had breakfast in M&S this morning before picking up the £10 meal deal. My poor husband is working in the garden now and I have made a Christmas card for a challenge.
I have been joining in with the November Christmas Challenge on Beccy's Challenge Blog and yesterday evening she posted a free image to use to make a card. Well I just couldn't resist.
All the mats and layers were cut with either the Double Pierced Square or Circle dies from Creative Expression.
Isn't this image adorable? He is called Quilted Deer. This is the precoloured version which makes for very quick card making. I added the sentiment with my computer before I printed the image.
This card is a good size and nice and flat for posting.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
It is no surprise that I would like to enter the November Christmas Challenge at Beccy's Challenge blog and the November Rudolph Days Challenge.
Happy Crafting

Fabulous Christmas card Jackie. I do like the division of jobs in your house. I came home yesterday to find my husband had tidied up our garden, a job I should have done last weekend but spent the time in my craft room instead.... hee, hee.

You obviously own a really good printer Jackie, the colours on your deer are fabulous. Mine is a bit streaky these days, I think it's on it's last legs.
ReplyDeleteI love the double mat you added to this card, and the die cut "stitches" add a lovely border around the different sections. Great choice of background paper too, I love plaid and it works great with the quilted image. Love it!
Cheers,
Beccy
