CAS - Happy Birthday

Hi My Crafty Blog Friends

I hope that you have had a good week. This post is being scheduled as when it goes live I will be on my way to the Big Stamping and Scrapbooking show at Ally Pally. This is my favourite show of the year there are so many people there that I admire.

This is my Design Team card for the Fantasy Stampers Challenge  34 - Clean and Simple. I actually found this quite a hard card to make I do have such inky fingers.


There isn't much in the way of instructions. I used just one stamp. The hard bit was keeping ink off the rest of the card. 



The image was stamped with Cobalt Archival and then heat embossed with clear powder. I coloured the balloons with Promarkers. I had some gems that matched the colours of the balloons.

I thought I would share a picture of our Magnolia tree. It looks fantastic for about two weeks each year as long as it isn't windy.

    Clean and Simple cards are my favourite style of card I wish I could say that about my life! They shout classy to me but you're right, they're the hardest to do Enjoy AP I'm going there tomorrow. Today's offering is perfect for all ages and genre

    Love your card! The way you've reflected e colour of the ballons in the added bling is inspired!
    Your Magnolia tree is magnificent! My neighbour has one which overhangs our garden, so beautiful but so shortlived!
