Hi My Crafty Blog Friends and Visitors
I have never been away from my blog for so long. I know not many people are blogging now and I am now doing this mostly for myself. It is lovely to have a record of what I have made. Life has been rather hectic and we have been on a 12 night cruise. Today I spent over an hour trying to get next day delivery on diabetic slippers for my dad. Until today I had no idea they existed. My life is so glamourous. I won't tell you about the incontinence pants.
This is one of the cards I made before we went away. I am hoping to do some crafting at the weekend.
So there are the snowflake corners from the John Next Door Range.
I think this image is by Sherry West. I have been making the images I have been colouring into cards. I do find colouring very relaxing.
Here is another card for my stash. I still need a few more special cards.

Glad you got to have a break, its hard going looking after parents no matter how much we love them, don't forget to look after yourself though.xx
Hi Jackie I know you have much going on in your life just now so I hope you had a fabulous cruise and that you feel rested and recharged. Looking after elderly and vulnerable parents is not easy.

Such a beautiful creation Jackie. I'm so pleased that you managed to get away. Must look into diabetic slippers for my Dad as never heard of them until you mentioned them. I'm glad you blog. I agree less people blogging but it is a great reminder of what we make for us. Shabneez x
A super card and lovely colours. hope you had a restful time away from all your everyday stresses. I'm onto the specials now as well and have just spent a frantic hr looking for a stamp that I bought last christmas to use on this yrs cards for my two grandson's. Eventually found it phew!! Lovely cards JACKIE I had no idea diabetic slippers existed either and I’ve had type1 diabetes for over 50 years! I’m off to Google it now
