I Just Love Robins on Christmas Cards

Hello My Crafty Blog Friends and Visitors

How has your week been? Lockdown is certainly changing. We will have to  wait and see what the effect will be. Yesterday my hubby took a days leave and we went to Hinton Ampner a National Trust property quite near to where we live. We had to pre-book and we had a timed slot. It is just so nice to be able to walk round somewhere a bit different.

As for me. I seem to be getting busier. It is difficult to find the time to make cards and blogging is going on the back burner a bit. Maybe when we aren't looking after the bunnies I will have a bit more time for both.

When I print digi images I usually print at least two copies in case I go wrong when I am colouring. Recently I rounded up the spare images so that I could practice colouring with my pencils.

The patterned paper and the ribbon were in my stash.

This is  image no 118 Winter Robin and it is available HERE from Sheepski Designs.  The image was coloured with my Prismacolor pencils. The sentiment was cut with a Crafter's Companion die.

Here is another card for my Christmas stash. I will be colouring some more images with my pencils.

I would like to enter the following challenges:

Have a good weekend.

No matter how hard
I try just can’t get on with colouring pencils. I always print off at least two of any Digi images and like you then have a ready stash to use. The
Robin is such a classic for making into a Christmas card. Your colouring of him is good. Hanging back on going anywhere at the moment. The situation of not knowing if a toilet will be open if needed is putting a dampener on any outings. Hugs Mrs A.

Hi Jackie ... just loving your little red robin card ... I keep saying I am going to start my "c" cards ... but never seem to have time ... that sounds mad doesn't it lol ... the lockdown is certainly changing peoples lives ... we don't really go out and have supermarket food deliveries and thank goodness I have my craft room ... we have been very lucky with the weather although it has encouraged all the stupid people to go to the beach and leave all their germs and rubbish lying around ... ho hum ... moan over ... have a great weekend ... its going to be a wet one apparently (that's good lol ) lets see them on the beach now ... happy crafting and love sandy x (sorry for the long post)
