How is your week going. We got back yesterday from the annual Beatles Day held at the White Rock Theatre in Hastings. It is a brilliant day and it raises money for MacMillan Cancer Support.
The observant among you might have noticed a new badge at the side of my blog. Back is January I was asked if I would like to be the first ever Guest Designer for Beccy's Place. My work will be shown for the following three months and then it will be someone else's turn. Needless to say I am thrilled to have been asked and to be able to work with these wonderful images.
The first set of images I was sent is called First Day Jitters and the set is available HERE.
This is the first card I made. I created my own background in Publisher.
This is the First Day Jitters Set. You get a wonderful array on images and sentiments.
As the images are PNGs I was able to layer them over each other and onto the background I had created. I printed the image I had created onto Neenah card and I coloured it with Promarkers.
This sentiment comes with the set too. Being a PNG it also has a clear background so it lays right over the background.
I added the bakers twine for a bit of added detail. I really enjoyed creating the image I only used Publisher. The card is nice and flat for posting.
