Proteas at Beccy's Place

Hello My Crafty Blog Friends and Visitors

How is your week going? Today I am sharing the cards that I made with the Proteas Digital Image set from Beccy's Place. Here are the cards I made. I do love getting these flowers in a bouquet until now I didn't know what they were called.

Today it is my turn at Beccy's Place Blog

I coloured the the images with my Faber Castell Coloured pencils. I do love a corner die and I used the Presscut Nested Oval dies as well.

They were great images to colour.

I do like making DL cards. I cut the images out with the Double Pierced Circle dies from Creative Expressions.

I enjoyed making these cards.

Warm and Woolly with Beccy's Place

Hello My Crafty blog Friends and Visitors

I hope you are having a good weekend. Yesterday my hubby picked up a new car. We haven't changed our car for a while and there is a lot to get used to. The old one was showing signs of wear so it was time for it to go.

Today I am sharing my makes with the Warm and Woolly images from Beccy's Place.  Today I am featured on Beccy's Blog.

I uses some patterned paper in my stash.

There are many wonderful image sets in the store. Click on the logo and you will be taken there.

I used the Nested Oval dies from Presscut. As the Perwinkle die and the Small Leave die from the John Next Door range. I coloured the image with Faber Castell Polychromo pencils.

This is exactly what you will get with the Warm and Woolly set as well as line art. The set is available HERE.

I also made a tag. I used the John Next Door Luggage Tag die set. I used the ovals on the sentiment.

Here are both of my makes together. I did have fun colouring these images.

Happy crafting

Claritystamp inspired Birthday Card

Hello My Crafty Blog Friends and Visitors

How is your week going? We went to the theatre yesterday. We saw the Murder Mystery Looking Good Dead. It was so nice to be back in the theatre again. The performance was a socially distanced event. Today I have a crafty friend coming and we are going to make a special card for her daughter's birthday. There are definitely more things going on.

I have been busy making bits and bobs that I can't share yet. I was looking back through my files and I came across this card that I made for my cousin.

I took inspiration from the design sheet that came with the club die. As I just treated myself to the Presscut Stitch-Dot nested circle dies this design worked well. I had wanted some nested oval dies for a while. I did some paper piecing and I added glitter.

Have a great day.

John Next Door Summer Box Kit - Contributor

Hello My Crafty Blog Friends and Visitors

How was your week? Have you anything nice planned for the weekend? The Box Kit that I made samples for back in March has recently been released.

The brief that I was given was to make Clean and Simple cards using the stamps. I also had to provide instructions for the cards and some top tips for card making.

This seemed to be the favourite card. I used the nested oval dies from Prescut to make the card blank and the layers. The beautiful stamp is in the kit as are the papers. The papers we got were shiny the ones in the kit are mat.

So I used most of the stamps to make five cards.

I did a bit of masking to make this card work.

I did a little second generation stamping on this card to get the variation in colour.

For any of the colouring I used my Faber Castell Polychromo pencils.

Here four of the cards in the magazine. You can just see the picture of me.

The easel card got it's own page it was also one of the cards on the cover.

I had to share my news with you.

I hope you are happy for me.

Have a good weekend.
